前天半夜里听到iPhone滴滴响了几下,没怎么在意,早上6点多,娟走了,我拿起手机一看,iTunes的账单,昨天购买软件,消费15.99刀。当即让晕乎的自己醒过来,不对呀,我没有买过这么贵的软件呀。确切的说,这个费用,已经超过了我之前所有购买的iTunes里软件的费用总和了。
一向赖床的我立马起来端坐电脑前,开始给苹果写信,几分钟后一个发送键,留下了不知道会发生什么的自己。而且心里总归担心,毕竟那啥软件已经活生生的装在了我的iphone手机上,也在iTunes里让人看的刺眼。
下载的是一个可以在iphone上查看和修改AutoCAD制图格式的软件,但我不用AutoCAD已经好多年,也不会傻傻到买下这么贵的软件。记得在iTune的Shop中,买任何一个超过0.99美元的东西,我都会抑制好几周以上,才狠心买下。
I don’t know when the App I bought. Yesterday I got email of the reciept of itunes, and I found the problem. Actually, I am fuzzed when i purchased this item .Obviously I inadvertently purchased this item. You can search or verify my purchased history, I was very careful for buying something in itunes and nearly all of items are less than 1 dollar. I hope I can get the money back, and of cource I hope you can canceled my use of the software.

居然中午收到手机提示,Gmail中收到苹果的回复了,效率还真高,当然结果也挺让人满意。

I have reversed the charge for the item that you did not intend to purchase. In three to five business days, a credit of $14.99 should be posted to the payment method that appears on the receipt for that purchase.
If the order was paid for with store credit and you cannot see the refund, sign out and back in from the Store menu.
